As a Principal Consultant, you’ll lead high-impact strategic end-to-end digital transformation engagements that elevate customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is central to how we help clients evolve with purpose, delivering experiences that inspire and impact that last. In this client-faced role, you'll work with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives and pain points. From discovery to delivery, you’ll guide clients to better understand their business challenges that span customer experiences, digital transformation and change management. Your goal is to identify, conceptualize, and shape innovative strategies that unlock real value.
This role demands a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions. You will work closely with our Chief Consulting Officer and other Consulting Leaders and teammates to execute our strategic vision and achieve key business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transformative solutions to complex challenges that address clients' unique challenges, utilizing industry best practices to enhance their digital transformation efforts and achieve business objectives such as increased revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Design strategies, provide recommendations, assess ROI, and drive execution.
- Advise C-level executives as strategic and trusted business partner.
- Simplify technical and conceptual frameworks to guide client decision-making.
- Ensure client deliverables are accurate, on budget, and delivered on time.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable business success. Ensure that all consulting activities align with clients' strategic objectives, delivering exceptional value and results.
- Lead client engagements with a focus on delivering outstanding client experience, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations effectively.
- Leverage deep expertise in digital and customer experiences to provide insights and recommendations that guide clients through complex digital landscapes, improving customer engagement and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the feasibility and successful integration of recommended solutions. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Represent BlastX Consulting at industry events and forums, contributing to the company's reputation as an industry thought leader.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and the introduction of cutting-edge methods to enhance project outcomes and maximize client success.
- Work closely with the Growth team to support new and existing business development activities aligned with company objectives.
- Dedicate time to enhance consulting skills, engage in advanced training and mentorship, and contribute to the ongoing growth and expertise of the BlastX team.
- Note: Travel up to 15% for business purposes, determined by client requests or industry events.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering advanced solutions to complex client challenges.
- Experience working with C-level executives and demonstrating strong business acumen in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and analytics.
- Experience building practices, scaling capabilities and taking new strategic services and offerings to market.
- The ability to work on new business with existing clients or client prospects, selling services, responding to RFPs, creating proposals, and generating project scope.
- Hands-on expertise in MarTech, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—especially with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to lead multiple high-impact projects with confidence and agility.
- A passion for learning, evolving, and delivering value in every interaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-profile clients and projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

This is a full-time remote opportunity. We currently have teammates located all across the country in 24 different states and 1 country internationally. Don’t get us wrong, we love to explore. However, due to the nature of our consulting agency, you must remain in the same state/time zone and digital nomads will not be considered.
You Will Work With
This role involves working closely with our Chief Consulting Officer, Consulting Leaders and Consultants, Project Managers, Growth team members and other subject matter experts.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $141,667.00 - $173,500.00 USD annually DOE
